Shipping Policy

We currently ship only to verified addresses in the contiguous United States. Shipping outside this region isn't available yet — sign up for the waitlist on the homepage to be the first to know when we expand.

Orders ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation from our fulfillment center. Subscribe-and-save orders ship on the cadence you selected at checkout.

Standard Ground (3–7 business days): $7.95, free on orders over $45.

2-Day Express (2 business days): $14.95, free over $75 for Subscribe-and-save members.

We ship via UPS and USPS depending on your region. Tracking is included on every order — you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.

If your order arrives damaged or never reaches you, email orders@energybyxolo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of the package and contents if applicable, and we'll make it right.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, peak seasons, and carrier delays can push shipments outside the typical window.
