Refunds & Returns

All sales final — with one exception

Because every can is a perishable product, all sales are final once your order has shipped. We don't accept returns on opened or unopened product unless your shipment arrived damaged.

If your order arrives damaged

Email orders@energybyxolo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a short description of the damage, and one or two photos of the package and contents.

We'll review and either issue a full refund or ship a replacement at no charge. We don't ask you to return damaged product — please dispose of it responsibly.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel your Subscribe-and-save subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellations don't affect orders that have already shipped.

Refund timing

Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll send a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
