The Brand
What is XOLO Energy Drink?
An ancestral Mexican energy drink rooted in heritage, ritual, and discovery - built around traditional Mexican beverage flavors (café de olla, jamaica, tamarindo, mango chamoy) with functional ingredients designed for sustained energy.
Where does the name come from?
The Xoloitzcuintli - the Xolo - is one of the oldest dog breeds in the Americas. Sacred to the Aztec and Mexica, it was considered a guide, guardian, and companion. The name carries that spirit forward.
Who is XOLO for?
Built for the unsung - the landscapers, line cooks, mechanics, truck drivers, night-shift workers - and anyone who carries Mexican heritage with pride. 65 million Mexican and Latino consumers in the U.S. drink more energy drinks per capita than any other demographic, and have never had a brand built for them. XOLO is that brand.
Product
What flavors are launching?
Four to start: Café de Olla, Jamaica (hibiscus), Tamarindo, and Mango Chamoy. Each is rooted in a centuries-old Mexican beverage tradition.
What's in the can?
Cane sugar, natural flavors, and functional ingredients (taurine, Panax ginseng root, L-theanine, Vitamin B6 and B12) - with caffeine from green tea on Jamaica, Tamarindo, and Mango Chamoy. Café de Olla is built on brewed Arabica coffee extract, brown sugar, organic agave, organic cinnamon, and vanilla - no green tea, no carbonation. The full ingredient panel is printed on each flavor page.
How much caffeine?
Café de Olla: 95 mg of caffeine sourced directly from coffee beans. Jamaica, Tamarindo, and Mango Chamoy: 160 mg each, from green tea. Designed for sustained energy without the crash.
What makes Café de Olla different from the other XOLO flavors?
Café de Olla is the only non-carbonated flavor in the lineup - a traditional Mexican coffee, with caffeine drawn directly from real coffee beans (95 mg) instead of green tea. Enjoy it cold over ice or warmed gently in a cup or saucepan. Please don't heat the can in a microwave.
Are XOLO drinks vegan / gluten-free?
Yes - all four flavors are vegan and gluten-free. Made with cane sugar (not corn syrup) and authentic flavor extracts.
Who shouldn't drink XOLO?
XOLO is not intended or recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those sensitive to caffeine. The same disclaimer is printed on every can.
